We have several citrus trees that call our backyard home. With an abundance of lemons during spring and summer, I'm always trying to come up with creative ways of incorporating them into our meals. These melty little cookies were found in the Martha Stewart Cookie Cookbook, which by the way is a kitchen must-have!
