The beginning of this week marked the start of Paris fashion week! Intricate gowns embellished with sequins and lavish lace fabric cascaded down the runway. One thing I couldn't seem to get out of my head was the beautiful powder blue color that seemed to be present in every show! My inspiration for this week is the ladylike gown from Elie Saab Spring 2013 show.

The J.Crew trench {last seen here} is one that I've been lusting after for quite some time! I think it may be time to give and pick one up. I first spied the Lulu Frost for J.Crew earrings when the collection debut at the end of last season. Usually I'm not a fan of long earrings, but these gem are a definite must! 

Bows, top handle? What more could you want from a ladylike handbag! This one from ASOS, is at a great price-point and is an excellent carry for Spring.  I like the wide side details {inspired by Celine?} that poke out past the structure. Pictured just below, is a pair of sleek leather stilettos by Rachel Roy. The subtle snakeskin print and lime / blue color makes them a winning combination.

I couldn't forget to include Kate Spade's latest book! Not only because of the fabulous power-blue cover but for page after page of inspiration. I think I've already read through it a few times and still find something new every time I look. I would definitely recommend it to any fashion lover, or genuine lover of life!
