
If you've been reading my blog for a little while, you'll notice that I'm quite the seafood-aholic. Thankfully for me I get to enjoy my dad fabulous cooking. This particular dish has been a staple in our household for awhile and one of my top favorites {which can often be hard to decide on}.

Ingredients:
- 3 Cups White Rice {cooked}
- 20 Raw Shrimp {16/20 CT}
- 1/4 lb. Butter
- 2 Lemons {Juice}
- 1 Tsp. Fresh Parsley {Minced}
- 4-6 Cloves Garlic {Minced}
- 3 Tbsp. Italian Panko
- 4 Oz. Dry Sherry
- 1/2 Tsp. Pepper
Directions:
Start by cleaning and deveining all shrimp. Place butter in Lrg. saute pan and melt. Add garlic and saute over med. heat. {Do not burn better}. Add shrimp, Italian Panko and pepper.
Simmer 1 minute, add sherry. Squeeze lemon juice over mixture. Add Parsley and simmer 2 minutes, or until sauce begins to thicken.
Serve over white rice and enjoy with a Chardonnay.
